On November 12, 2025, Decentered Studio opened its doors for a grounding Yoga Class for Creatives and Artists led by Gabi Gazzola, a Brazilian yoga therapist, Pranic Healing master, and best-selling author known for her integrative, compassionate approach to mind–body healing.
In this gentle yet powerful session, Gabi guided participants through a traditional yoga practice rooted in breath, alignment, and presence. The class unfolded slowly and mindfully, inviting everyone to move with intention, hold postures with awareness, and explore meditation as a pathway to inner stillness.
Drawing on wisdom she had gained teaching across five continents, Gabi wove physical postures, breathwork, and energy awareness to support both body and spirit.
Whether newcomers or long-time practitioners, attendees found space to reconnect, cultivate patience and peace, and carry that balance into everyday life.
