Swami Mosa Yoga

Description

On December 13, 2025, Decentered Studio welcomed Swami Mosa—the delightfully irreverent alter ego of longtime yoga teacher Brian Biros—for a yoga class unlike any other. What began years ago as a playful wedding-weekend experiment had grown into a beloved, champagne-sparked parody of modern yoga culture.

Swami Mosa turned tradition on its head, blending movement, satire, and the occasional mimosa into an hour of joyful release. His class wasn’t what yoga was meant to be, but it was exactly what made people laugh, loosen up, and remember not to take themselves too seriously.

It was a morning where yoga flowed like champagne and humor became the true practice.
