Description

On a Sunday afternoon at Decentered Studio, participants gathered for a Group Movement Lab dedicated to playful experimentation and collective improvisation.

The session began with guided movement explorations, inviting the group to observe and draw inspiration from the natural world—imagining the coordinated movements of ants, birds, and fish, while reinterpreting ideas inspired by performance and everyday life.

As the workshop unfolded, participants proposed their own rules and creative prompts, transforming the studio into a collaborative space where movement emerged through curiosity, shared decision-making, and spontaneous play.

Together, the group explored how simple ideas could evolve into collective choreography, celebrating imagination, connection, and the joy of creating movement as a community.
